I truly believe that fate interjects as to teach patience when you are striving for a goal. That just plain sucks! Started out a
wod with knees to elbows,
burpees, and something else. Got into like my seventh
burpee and my back spasmed. Continued with the movement and it did it again. Really? I
putzed around stretching and trying other things, but the damage was done, so to speak, and nothing felt right. Hopefully my massage will help.
