Tues. Jan 11th
Worked on push presses off my back and overhead squats.  Did overheads starting at 65#, 10 reps.  Progressed up in 5# increments till 85# and went back down again.
Wed. Jan 12th
Focused on front squats in reps of 5, then 3, then 1 once weight got heavy.  Failed at 155#, but cleared 150 again.  Then did overhead squat cycle again up to 90# (1 rep) and went down to 65# and did 5 sets of 10.  Front squats are not my favorite, but truly love the overheads.  Going to stay heavy until this throat stuff is better.
