AMRAP 20 min
30 sec handstand hold
30 sec squat hold
30 sec l-sit hold
30 sec chin over bar

Made 9 rounds plus 1 handstand hold. The first holds were great, the l-sit was more of a tucked under and the chin over bar sucked. Still, this was a wod that worked with my lungs.
