Backsquats, quick and dirty.
115#, 135#, 155#, 165#, 175#, 185#, 195#. Depth on the last couple of sets was only 3/4. Practiced with 85# on back. First, going into full squat and staying in the squat for a bit. Second, doing box squats on 12" box. Fun and interesting. Have been wearing my flat DC shoes and that seems to help the balance over barefoot. Looking into weightlifting shoes. Love the heavy lifting!
