Let's try something new!

Crossfit Roulette by Mel & Loic

Roll the "CF" dice to see what number reps you will do.  Dice has 12, 22x4, 32, 42, 52, and 62.  Used a slamball with tape attached around middle for dice.

Before the wod I was feeling twitchy, like I wanted to try something new.  Previously, the highest box jump that I have ever done was 20".  For S&G, I tried the 24".  No problem.  So I grabbed the 6" bj platform and went for the 30".  Then to 31 1/2" and finally 32 1/2".  We recorded the last jump and as you will see, I was completely on top of the box, so next week we will work on beating that #.  FUN!
