A little bit of this, a little bit of that . . .

Not even close to my pr, but will chalk that up to soreness all over my body and the fact that I haven't done heavy deadlifts for months.

weighted kipping pullups

Last pullups left my shoulders all raw from the vest movement.  This was the first time that I have ever worn a weighted vest and maybe should have spent some more time adjusting tighter.    Live n learn!
