Tabata intervals of 20 seconds of work, ten seconds of rest, 8 rounds total for each exercise. Total wod is 16 minutes.
pullups-25 in two rounds, hand felt crappy and I didn't need another tear so quickly so I did some jumping p/u -no count overall
pushups-59
situps-102
squats-101
total -262 w/o pullups
If I would have followed through with the pullups, it would have been a descent #.
